OUR PASTOR
The first of two children to Charles and Yvonne Wilborn. Charles "Chuck" and his brother Ted have a rich legacy of faith, family, character, leadership and entrepreneurship. Yvonne's father the late Bishop T.D Iglehart had a keen business sense and unfailing work ethic.
Charles accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior and there began a journey that would shape his life and the life of others for years to come. He moved to Texas to be with his grandparents.
The time spent with them made him the man he is today.
After much fasting and prayer, Charles stepped out on faith and purchased Grace Cathedral Church. The church opened with four members - himself, his two sons and his wife. He is now blessed to have about 150 members. In addition to pastoring, he is a youth counselor for the Texas Youth Commission and Administrator for the Grace Cathedral Christian Planners.
Pastor Charles is devoted to his ministry and members. He can be found visiting the sick at home and in the hospital daily. Grace Cathedral is one of the most popular churches for weddings. Pastor Charles also provides pre- and post-marriage counseling for couples.

OUR CHURCH
Pastor Charles Wilborn was appointed by the Lord to start a church, where His children would gather to worship and praise Him. After much time of prayer and fasting, Pastor Charles found the home where many souls would be saved.
On January 19, 1998, stepping out on blind faith, Pastor Charles Wilborn and his wife opened the doors of Grace Cathedral. Pastor Charles and his wife Gail Wilborn started this church with only four members. As time quickly passed God quickly began to send the lost to be saved and be filled with the Holy Spirit.
From the very first day moving forward and being faithful over the few things was the only way we received God's favor and direction. As our journey began, Grace Cathedral continued renovating, constructing and saving souls.
As the years past the church membership continued to grow and progress in ways that only God could design. Grace Cathedral has increased its membership in cultural diversities, in the Women's Group, the Children's Class Praise Team, food pantry outreach, and community outreach.
In 2005, the Lord led Grace Cathedral to affiliate with Church of God in Christ (COGIC). Since this affiliation Grace Cathedral has sent several students to the T.D. Iglehart School of Ministry (named after Pastor Wilborn's grandfather), and has participated in national and local COGIC events.
